"Juicy Jazz" Citrus colors and sunny warm tropical thoughts created today! Here's the second painting of this series. I must be inspired by this gorgeous weather we're having here in the wine country. Can you hear the music? I'm using this incredible 500# watercolor paper. It's so thick it feels like it could compete with a canvas board. I prefer this thickness when doing the squiggle acrylic and now I can see that it is perfect since I'm using more color ... finally. My folks got me new 500 count sheets for Christmas. The package they came in is one of those clear plastic squares with a zipper top. It is perfect for holding the nice stack of papers I cut today for the next 48 paintings. I feel armed and ready to tackle #3 tomorrow.
